A Bit About Me
I'm Janice Crowder, a multidisciplinary designer who thrives on turning ideas into meaningful visual experiences — and increasingly, on building the systems that make great work repeatable. My practice blends traditional graphic design with motion, storytelling, and digital interactivity to make information feel engaging and human.
Over the past several years, I've supported academic and government organizations through creative strategy, brand development, and multimedia campaigns. I've designed everything from symposium identities and mobile app interfaces to executive slide presentations. More recently, I've led brand rollouts and workflow automation for a statewide education initiative, streamlining content pipelines and building process efficiencies that free creative teams to focus on the work that matters.
As I continue evolving my practice, I'm expanding into UI/UX design, data visualization, and creative operations—exploring how thoughtful design, smart systems, and emerging technology can make communication clearer and teams more effective. I'm fluent in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Systems, and I'm working toward creative leadership roles where I can shape not just individual visuals, but the systems and strategy behind them.
