GRAPHIC DESIGN - INTERNSHIP
COLLEGE OF ARTS & HUMANITIES

B.F.A. - GRAPHIC DESIGN

Jacksonville State University
- university based branding -
During the Fall of 2022, I interned at the Dean's Office of the College of Arts and Humanities at Jacksonville State University. In this role, I designed promotional materials for the university's numerous events. Additionally, I maintained the college's weekly newsletter and blog, ensuring a steady flow of updated and engaging content.

AALA Door Hanger

One of my initial assignments during my internship at the college involved designing a door hanger for the Academic Affairs Leadership Academy. The theme of this design conveyed that the faculty members were diligently working on constructing the AALA - a significant endeavor focused on promoting student academic success.

Open House & Preview Day

Open House & Preview Day holds significant importance at Jacksonville State University as it provides an opportunity for prospective students to experience the university environment firsthand and explore the myriad opportunities JSU offers. My responsibility involved designing a variety of materials for these events, ranging from promotional items to signage and a comprehensive map for the event significant to the department of Arts & Humanities.

Kaleidoscope Rebrand

Jacksonville State University annually honors its various art disciplines through a program known as Kaleidoscope, where each discipline hosts a series of events over a month. The theme for Kaleidoscope 2023, "Here and Back Again," covered areas like music, art, history, creative writing, theatre, and film. I developed a proposal for the rebranding of the 2023 Festival of Arts, Kaleidoscope, which was presented to the Board of Trustees.
